Lance is the primary investor and Chief Executive Officer of Tonum Health and oversees the strategic direction day-to-day operations of the company. Prior to his role in launching Tonum Health, Lance was Founder and CEO of ePharmaSolutions which he sold to WCG Clinical in 2014 where he became the CIO of WCG Clinical leading the acquisition of 26 companies over 6 years.
Prior to ePharmaSolutions Lance was the Founder and CEO of Acurian, a global patient recruitment and retention firm, which sold to PPD, as well as the Founder and CEO of RPS, which sold to PRA (now ICON).
